Every job is different, but generally, a smaller bathroom takes 2-3 weeks.   A large bathroom could take 4-5 weeks. For kitchens, our general timetable can range from 6 weeks to as long as 16 weeks. Specifically, the demo stages we keep as short and non-disruptive as possible. One to two weeks, max. Even then, we’ll work with you to minimize disruption.

We have simple cost+ pricing with a completely transparent job cost report. Every dollar we spend on your project will have a clear receipt plus our markup.  Every job is different based on design choices & scope of work but our quotes are very competitive. One thing we’ve worked very hard to do is to minimize our overhead as a company. We operate a very lean organization and our rates reflect your budget going to your project – not a big construction company.

First we put down drop cloths from where house entry point to where we are working.
We hang plastic, use zipper door system, open windows with fans, and do a thorough cleaning everyday!
